Christian Scott
Christian Scott is a 1991 graduate of the Gallia Academy High School. Born in Gallipolis, he attended Washington Elementary. He also graduated from the University of Rio Grande with a Bachelor of Science in Education with concentrations in History and Music. In 2000, he received his Masters in Fine Arts Class Room Teaching. He has been teaching in the Gallipolis City School System for 15 years. He taught Sixth grade for 13 of those years and now currently teaches fifth grade Math and Science. He currently resides in Gallipolis with his lovely wife and 3 beautiful and energetic children. He has a passion to see children learn through positive educational experiences. He loves traveling, sports, music, history, and science. He serves in various capacities at his home church, Triedstone Baptist, Gallipolis. Most of all he enjoys being a good Christian role model. He feels teaching is an area where he can best serve his community. He wants to give back to the community that’s given so much to him. He is the son of Barbara Scott, local historian and the late Harry Scott.
